About the service

Satarkar LIVE provides informational career guidance to help students understand IT courses, career options and training opportunities. By using the service and submitting the guidance form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Guidance only — no guarantees

Our guidance is general information based on what you tell us. It is not professional, academic or legal advice. We do not guarantee admission, a job, placement, a salary or any particular outcome, and no course can guarantee those. Decisions about which course or institute to choose are entirely yours.

Partner institutes

Institutes and training providers we may suggest are independent organisations. Their courses, fees, schedules, refund rules, certificates and placement support are their own responsibility, and any agreement for a course is between you and the institute. Please verify all details directly with the institute before making a payment. Satarkar LIVE is not responsible for the services, conduct or claims of any institute.

Satarkar LIVE may receive a referral fee or commission from an institute when a student it referred takes admission. This does not increase the fee you pay.

Your information and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own details. By submitting the form, you consent to Satarkar LIVE contacting you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email, and sharing your details with partner institutes and training providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent or opt out of opportunity messages at any time.

Class and institute reviews

When you ask us to review a class or institute, we research it and may share our findings with you directly or publish a review video. Reviews are our honest opinion based on the information available to us at the time, not a statement of fact about any institute. We never tell an institute who requested a review. Publishing a review for a particular request is at our discretion.

Opportunity checks

Satarkar LIVE provides an informational review based on the details available to us. We do not guarantee that an opportunity is genuine or fraudulent. Always independently verify before sharing money or sensitive information. A review outcome is our opinion based on the information we could check at the time, not legal advice and not a statement of fact about any company. We never tell a company who asked for a check.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, misleading or someone else’s information, not to send spam or automated submissions, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

The text, videos and material on satarkar.in and Satarkar LIVE’s social media belong to Satarkar LIVE and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Satarkar LIVE is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on our guidance, or from the services of any institute. The service is provided "as is".

Changes and governing law

We may change or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
